This hazy IPA features a super-powered hop quartet of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Enigma, and Citra that brings all of the action not once but twice! Double dry-hopped to the tune of 6lbs per barrel evokes aromas of huge tropical fruit, white wine grapes, gooseberries, fresh orange, and notes of peachy stonefruit that will totally delight your olfactory system. Fruity juicy flavors with a big ole pillowy mouthfeel delivered by loads of rolled oats, oat malt, and flaked wheat makes this super creamy, smooth, and too easy to drink.

Stopped at San Diego Wine & Beer Company on the way home from a work function. Picked up six cans (five IPAs and a pastry stout), including three North Park IPAs. North Park’s website described it as “This hazy IPA features a super-powered hop quartet of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Enigma, and Citra that brings all of the action not once but twice! Poured a light bright hazy golden color with three fingers of white rocky-to-frothy head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Nelson, gooseberry, peach blossom, Galaxy, passion fruit, orange, tangerine, stone fruit, grapefruit, white grape and Fruit Loops cereal. More orange from the can with orange juice coming in strong. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose but still solid. In order got Nelson, gooseberry, orange juice, peach blossom, stone fruit, tangerine, Tang, Galaxy, passion fruit, Fruit Loops cereal, white grape, Citra and grapefruit rind. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, soft, pillowy finish. (Feel - 4.75)
Just another lovely hazy IPA from North Park. Great mouthfeel and a nice complement of hops with the leading Nelson. (Overall - 4.25)
