On our quest to create to another crispy, clean and flavor filled west coast, we found ourselves exploring many different hop combos, and alas we settled on a dangerously crushable, magnificently delicious combination of Mosaic Incognito, Simcoe Cryo and Nectaron! Strap up your boots, pack your bags and get ready for our latest conquest that is "Temple of Nectaron" Double Dry Hopped West Coast India Pale Ale. Bright in color and displaying huge notes of white and purple grapes with subtle hints of perfectly ripe pineapple, wild blueberry and juicy red strawberry. This one is amazing so we hope you're ready your palate is ready for a wilder ride than a runaway cart on broken rail tracks in an abandoned mine!

Grabbed a 4-pack of this and two others while picking up a bottle, splitting up the 4-packs with Sonny and Kevin. Untappd description was “On our quest to create to another crispy, clean and flavor filled west coast, we found ourselves exploring many different hop combos, and alas we settled on a dangerously crushable, magnificently delicious combination of Mosaic Incognito, Simcoe Cryo and Nectaron! The pull-tab pulled off without opening the beer so had to use a can opener. Eventually poured a pale-to-medium yellow clear color with two fingers of frothy-to-fizzy off-white head. Could see a few sidewinding bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Bad watery lacing. Average retention. (Sight - 3.25)

Smelled pretty damn good right away. Really a nice mix of Nectaron, Mosaic and Simcoe. Specifically got nectarine, peach, stone fruit, dank pine, resin, black pepper, mango, floral, mixed berry, pineapple, grapefruit, white grape, earthy vine and lingering spice. About the same from the can. (Smell - 4.25)

Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got Nectaron, orange, tangerine, nectarine, peach, stone fruit, red grapefruit, pineapple, Mosaic, floral, mixed berry, Simcoe, dank pine, resin, black pepper, onion, purple grape and earthy vine. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 5.00)

This was a great beer. I underrated this for the most part, specifically the look, smell and nose, but I’ll be having much more of this. (Overall - 4.50)

Sweet tropical fruity, piney-hoppy, and mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and refreshing, tropical hoppy, and light, piney bitter finish. While I'm not the biggest fan of Nectaron being used in westies (more suited for hazies with the sweet tropical fruit notes IMO), this is super crushable. And, I am drinking this super fresh, two days after canning...so, I'm interested to see how this one rounds out over time. Pretty good!
