For 100 points, name the brewery we collaborated with for this beer. What is "The Answer"? That’s correct! Our brewers got together with our friends from The Answer Brewpub to concoct this fruited sour, packed to the brim with ube, Sicilian lemon, blueberry, and vanilla. The end result is a stunning purple beer with a creamy, rich mouthfeel, tasting like a lightly tart lemon sorbet. It’s positively delightful and absolutely worth risking everything for on a true daily double.

Poured a purple grape murky color with 2-to-3 fingers of purple-white frothy head. Fairly serene setting underneath the head on the sides of the glass. Good foggy lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled lemon, blueberry, vanilla, cotton candy, papaya, purple grape, plum and hints of salt. Smelled better out of the can with big lemon and the addition of Irish Spring soap. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted a little better than the nose. In order got lemon sorbet, vanilla, blueberry, cotton candy, purple grape, plum, papaya, hints of salt and Irish Spring soap. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
An outstanding fruited sour. Got better as it went down. (Overall - 4.00)

Sweet and tart blueberry, lemon citrus, and hint of vanilla nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart blueberry, lemonhead sour, and hint of vanilla finish. This good and enjoyable...I just wish it was a touch sweeter upfront and a little thicker on the palate.
