There's been a dino sighting in North Park which can only mean one thing, Toppling Goliath was in town and they brought Sue along with them for a collab. She insisted we brew a hazy and who are we to argue with an apex predator so we proudly present to you our latest TDH Hazy DIPA "Pseudo-Fu!" hopped with Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, Citra, HBC 586 Cryo and Freestyle Codename: Peacharine. This beast roars onto your pallet with massive amounts of candied peach, tangy orange, juicy strawberry and bright lemony lime tasting notes. Enjoy this one because it was an honor to make beer with such pioneering legends in the craft beer game, and while you're at it give @brewmastamike a follow on IG. He won't ever see it, but it'll make us happy.

Snuck over to North Park specifically for this North Park-Toppling Goliath collab since the cans sold out pretty quickly. Had high hopes going in because Pseudo Sue was my favorite pale ale and North Park kills the hazies. North Park’s website called this “There's been a dino sighting in North Park which can only mean one thing, Toppling Goliath was in town and they brought Sue along with them for a collab. Poured a bright light golden hazy color with two fingers of frothy white head when I got it. World-class lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled pineapple, grapefruit, Citra, dank pine, mango, guava, HBC 586, peach, nectarine, apricot, tangerine, floral and papaya. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. Got Citra, grapefruit, pineapple, dank pine, mango, guava, HBC 586, peach, nectarine, tangerine, papaya, floral and lingering spice. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
This was a pretty damn good but part of me thinks I was slightly overrating it. I ended up buying a can later at another place (for $15!) so may try another review later. NOTE: Oct. 13 I dumped the Feel from a 4.75 to a 4.50, which made me feel a little better overall. (Overall - 4.50)

Sweet tropical fruity hoppy, orange-tangerine citrus, and stonefruity peach nose on this one! Yum! Taste follows with a wonderful, tropical fruit juicy hoppy and a peach-orange juice citrus bitter finish. I mean...this is just great! Beautiful color, fantastic mouthfeel, and so well-balanced from start to finish. Outstanding!
