Collaboration with Civil Society.
Our crew teamed up with the fine folks of Civil Society to create a beer so decadent and packed with hops, that a TDH Hazy DIPA only felt right. We loaded it up with an absurd amount of Citra, Bru-1, and Nelson because, as the classic slogan goes, Anything Less Would Be Uncivilized. Featuring notes of mixed berries, juicy papaya, and ripe mango, we think this beer turned out absolutely delightful and we wouldn't settle for anything less.

Poured a medium golden hazy color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. Could see some slow-moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost-perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled pretty damn good. In order got Nelson, tangerine, peach, pineapple, Citra, banana, papaya, guava, mango and pear. Even better from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Nelson, tangerine, peach, pineapple, Citra, citrus pulp, papaya, guava, mango, banana, pear and grapefruit rind. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, citrusy, pulpy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Another great one from North Park. (Overall - 4.25)

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly earthy, and hint of orange-grapefruit citrus nose on this one!
Taste follows with a tropical fruity hoppy, cotton candy, slightly malty, and an earthy-citrus bitter swallow. Tasty!
