We connected with our buds from Anaheim at Bottle Logic to brew up our latest collaboration, but we could not agree on what to brew and had an even harder time coming up with a name. Luckily, we figured out the beer, but still could not fundamentally agree on that pesky name so we proudly present to you “(Insert Collab Name Here)” DDH West Coast IPA with Chinook, Centennial, Columbus Cryo, Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito, Strata and Nectaron. The scientific marvel of clarity is radiating with notes of wild mixed berries, dank pineapple, piney resin and a perfect earthy bitterness. We absolutely love how this beer turned out, and logic would tell you this one is definitely best enjoyed while soaking up some rays in the park.

Glass: North Park 400-ml. Rastal Lawrence tumbler glass
Price: $5.99
From: Windmill Farms in San Diego (Del Cerro), Calif.
Purchased: Sept. 21, 2022
Consumed: Sept. 28, 2022
Misc.: Collaboration with Bottle Logic; Canned on Sept. 2, 2022
Went to Windmill Farms specifically for Dino Park, a collab between Toppling Goliath and North Park. Unfortunately it wasn’t there so instead I bought 12 singles and a 6-pack of Aurora Hoppyalis. Bine & Vine’s website called this one “We connected with our buds from Anaheim at Bottle Logic to brew up our latest collaboration, but we could not agree on what to brew and had an even harder time coming up with a name. Poured a light amber clear color with three fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see a few bubbles coming up slowly along the sides of the glass. Excellent watery foggy lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Centennial jumped out amid the seven mentioned hops. Also lime, pine, Columbus, Strata, lemon, resin, dank weed, pineapple, earthy malt, nectarine, peach, berry, dish soap, mango, grapefruit and black pepper. A little better from the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose. Centennial still stood out, followed by Columbus, lime, pine, lemon, dank weed, earthy malt, Strata, pineapple, grapefruit, Citra, nectarine, peach, berry, dish soap, mango and lingering black pepper. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Bitter finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Slightly underrated this overall but it was outstanding. Mostly old school West Coast IPA notes with a few newish hops. (Overall - 4.00)
