Collaboration with Great Notion Brewery.
Was that Bigfoot spotted in our brewhouse?! No, that’s just our pals from Great Notion! We recently collabed to create this delightful hazy DIPA. Triple Dry-Hopped with layers of Citra & Mosaic, this beer is something we only thought existed in our dreams. With notes of mixed berries, papaya, and subtle earthy dankness, this liquid legend is absolutely worth searching for.

Had this and another after both cans sold out online, along with a barrel-aged stout. North Park’s website description read “Was that Bigfoot spotted in our brewhouse?! Poured a light golden color with two fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Just a few bubbles coming up the sides of the glass. World-class foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled big Mosaic and Citra, dank pine, grapefruit, pineapple, mixed berry, pulpy orange juice, papaya, weed, nectarine and stone fruit. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose. In order got big Mosaic, Citra, dank pine, grapefruit, pineapple, mixed berry, pulpy orange juice, papaya, nectarine, stone fruit and dank weed. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just another excellent hazy DIPA from North Park. (Overall - 4.25)

Sweet orange-tangerine citrus, tropical hoppy, and mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy-soft, hoppy and an almost green, earthy bitter finish...as it warms, this green earthy bitterness gets more and more pronounced. Also, this is a little thinner than I was expecting for a TDH hazydipa. This was canned on 11/29/22 and I had it 12/2/22...have I found the rare NP hazy that is not ready right out of the gate? It seems so and it will be interesting to see how this rounds out with some time in the can.
