The next release in our “Collider” Series has arrived and this time we dosed it to the max with those wonderfully delicious Strata hops! Strata Collider is a Triple Dry-Hopped Hazy TIPA, filled to the brim with an insane amount of Strata hops, offering notes of tropical mango, ripe strawberry, and juicy citrus. Snuck over to North Park on the way home from a work function specifically for this beer. Had previously given Lupulin Collider a 4.50 on Feb. 18, 2021, Nelson Collider a 4.45 on June 10, 2021 and Freestyle Collider a 4.49 on June 11, 2022, somehow missing Citra Collider. North Park’s website called for “The next release in our “Collider” Series has arrived and this time we dosed it to the max with those wonderfully delicious Strata hops! Strata Collider is a Triple Dry-Hopped Hazy TIPA, filled to the brim with an insane amount of Strata hops, offering notes of tropical mango, ripe strawberry, and juicy citrus. Poured a light golden hazy color with three fingers of frothy white head. Could see some bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. World-class foamy spiderweb lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Strata, strawberry, mango, red grapefruit, passion fruit, dank weed, pine and grass. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.50)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Strata, strawberry, mango, red grapefruit, passion fruit, hints of tropical bubblegum, dank weed, pine and grass. Fairly smooth for 10 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.75)
Another great Collider beer. This series is so good. (Overall - 4.50)
