17 IBUs. An American wheat based ale infused with 100% Michigan grown tart cherries. Subtle cherry flavor. Pours a light red color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly.

Unexpectedly amazing. I'm a big fan of cherries and have been sampling and and all cherry ales I can get my hands on. This one is damn near perfect. Had as part of a flight at the pub and was so impressed I grabbed a growler of it before leaving. Pinkish red in color with a thin cap of white bubbles, the aroma of sweet and tart cherries rises from the glass, with wheat and white bread notes underneath. The flavor is pure heaven for cherry lovers: both sweet and tart, with pie crust notes. The flavor isn't cloying or syrupy or medicinal in any fashion. This may be due to the Ale being brewed with Traverse City cherry concentrate, or so I was told. Highly recommended if you visit Clare.
