A: yellow to yellow-orange. Thin head. Slightly hazy.
S: clove. Banana. Vanilla. Faint aromas, but makes the style profile.
T: banana followed by clove and then spices with some more banana and then slightly bitter.
M: medium to high carbonation. Medium body. Not dry, not sweet.
O: good Saison. Must be a west coast thing, because it has a hop bitterness that was not expected. I like.
