16oz undated can.

Pours hazy gold with an inch of white fluff. Decent retention and lacing. Dank citrus in the nose. Tangerine, peach, and weed. Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Zesty, earthy, citrus on the palate with balancing malt and bitterness. Finishes dry with a gypsum bite.

was excited for this release. definitely an interesting beer, but doesn't come close to other Alchemist staples. the best characteristic of this beer is the mouth feel in that there is a nice bite on the tongue.

From can into teku.

Vert mildly cloudy blonde color with medium foam head. Big citrus and pine nose. Orange peel and dank taste. Medium mouthfeel with a bitter finish. It's a great East-West IPA, showcasing the citra hops. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Looks and tastes like an east meets west IPA. Really crisp and clean malt bill. Bright blonde in the glass. Big bold pine flavors with some grapefruit peel. Fairly bitter but you get used to it and it becomes quenching.

Consumed 5/5/17

A: Medium gold tinged with orange - hazy, with the uniquely-Alchemist suspended sediment chunks - pours with a medium white head, fades to a wispy cap, retains a small collar

S: Impressively complex hops considering this is just Citra - tangerine, orange, and grapefruit juice - dank and herbaceous, woodsy - leafy hops, fresh hop pellets - hints of lime, tropical fruit, passion fruit, melon, hints of peach - touch of garlic and green onion - pale malts at the base

T: A grocery store worth of citrus - orange, grapefruit, ruby red grapefruit juice, flesh, and zest - lemon and lime - straight-up hops, leafy, grassy, herbaceous - the hops are intense but oddly clean, perhaps thanks to lupulin powder - tropical notes, mango, melon, passion fruit, cantaloupe - medium bitterness - some touches of green onion - pale malts, light bread, low sweetness, clean finish

M: Medium body, smooth, touch of oil, finishes clean

O: Episode V: The Lupulin Strikes Back

I couldn't quite make sense of the first can of this, but I am really enjoying it now. It definitely tastes like an Alchemist IPA, but multiple aspects of the hop profile are nicely unique. It's too bad every Skadoosh is a one-off, as I would love to have this again in the future.
