Rustic farmhouse ale brewed with raw wheat, barley, and rye with freshly shucked Olde Salt oyster shells and brine added to the boil along with dried lemon peel. Lively and dry with notes of citrus, white pepper, clover, and an enticing suggestion of brine and minerality.

Oyster shells and Oyster brine Grisette from Minnesota? Why not?!? Actually quite good even though it sounded legitimately terrible. Great soft texture of this beer. Farmhouse vibes with light citrus. Excellent Grisette actually.
