This traditionally brewed ESB is dedicated to one of the greatest poets of all time: W.B. Yeats. Horseman, Pass By! is brewed with the richest and most flavorful base malt in the world, Crisp UK No. 19 Floor Malted Maris Otter, as well as crystal and biscuit malts to create a nuanced and delicious base that sees a tactful dose of UK Golding hops and our house English yeast strain. This beer is incredibly complex, yet balanced, with rich malt and caramel notes balanced by spicy herbal and citrus hop notese. For us, drinking this beer evokes drinking orange oolong tea with toasted crumpets while reading the works of W.B. Yeats.
