A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with some lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of earthy yeast are present in the nose along with hints of rose bud.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of rose bud and lemongrass.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This isn't your typical saison as the taste is dominated by flavors of rose hips and lemongrass.
