Grey Muse is a Belgian inspired Grisette and is crafted with Pilsner Malt, Colorado Wheat, & Acidulated Malt, then gently finished with citrus-forward hops. Interwoven with notes of dry baquette, oak, and lemon peel, Grey Muse is influenced by the rustic, low alcohol wheat ales consumed by Belgian coal miners to help quench their thirst. Grey Muse is fermented and aged in oak barrels for several months with our wild yeast culture and then bottle conditioned.
