375ml bottle, collaboration with Call to Arms and Cannonball Creek; dry hopped rye saison fermented in oak barrels. Served in a stemmed glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden straw yellow body, one finger white head, good retention, thin collar and no lacing. Smell is heavy spicy rye, a bit of lemon, leather, a bit of wet dirt and hay. Touch of oak. Flavour follows; though fairly bitter with citrus zest, rye spices and floral notes. Thinner bodied, light with good carbonation, fairly drinkable. Lot of rye and a fair bit of zesty hop presence in this beer, not terrible but it all seems to sort of clash with each other.
