Quick thoughts. May elaborate later.
L- Pours a light headed beer with an African continent looking amalgamation of bubbles in the middle. Slightly hazel lighter straw look.
S- Immediate brett aroma. Sweet and sour lemongrass and bubble gum, pickle, and dark fruits most notably cherry is present. Ginger is also there. Very expressive aroma.
T- Follows the nose. I love how pronounced the bubble gum flavor is. As for fruits cherry and grape are very much present, and so is fresh apple and orange. A bit of lemongrass and ginger is present. Very nice.
F- Very dry, very crisp. Well done.
O- I don't have the time to elaborate on this beer, but it's an extremely well made saison and I loved every sip. Exceptionally crafted beer that hits the style on every mark.
