L: deep dark brown under a lacy 1/2" tan cap with fair retention.
S: cracking the can releases chocolate aromas with a hint of tart and a hint of fruit.
T: Lightly sweet with very strong chocolate flavors and a trace of tartness underneath supported by dried fruit, a hint of cherries, a little graininess, and a light Belgian yeast character. Has a lingering chocolate bitter
F: creamy, medium full body, very soft carbonation.
O: The penultimate dessert beer.
