Pours a hazy golden orange with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is strawberries, with a strong tart start. Grass, lavender, and stone develop the rest of the aroma, which is brief or staccato. Flavor profile is strawberries with a strong tart core. Grass, earth, floral, and lavender give it depth and body. Start is sweet, but it quickly leans into acidic tartness. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a soft, bubbly texture. Overall, pretty wild, but smooth saison. Sweet start that transitions well into tart notes later. Utilizes strawberries well.
