Dark burnt prune with a fuzzy bubbly collar.
Smell is roasted apple with a touch of caramel, toast, nuts and raspberry gushers.
Taste has a slight sting of sourness, but again it's overall mild with toasted nuts, cherry, apple, pear and a hint of char or sesame seeds, all light, frothy and bouncy with a dry finish.
Definitely not the same as the Disco Bloodbath I fell in love with last year.
