On tap at 3/2/2013 release event. Notes from taplist: "Razz Wheat that underwent a long lacto conditioning period."
Hazy amber color with a reddish hue.
Smells of sweet cherries and raspberries and other fruit, tart lacto and some mild funk, more sweet than sour in the nose. Smells great.
Lovely sweet fruit again, really well balanced against the sourness, finishes with a decent amount of funk and bready wheat character. Really well balanced, subtle and delicious.
Solid mouthfeel, a little more carb would help but really it's fine. Fairly juice-like feel.
I really liked this beer! Wish they were doing growler fills of it.
