Appearance – The beer is serve a hazy golden yellow color with a one finger head of white foam. The head of the brew fades rather fast, leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a lemongrass, wheat, and yeasty smells. Along with these smells comes some notes of coriander, orange and a bit of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a light biscuit malt flavor that is mixed with some lemon and yeast along eirlth a big wheat flavor. As the taste moves forward some grass and a big increase in orange sweetness comes to the tongue. In the end more lemon sourness and a bit hay and grass come to the tongue leaving one with a light wheat and flavorful taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is lighter and crisp with a carbonation level that is moderate. For the light abv and style it is great and makes for an easy drinker!
Overall – A tasty and easy drinker for sure. A perfect brew for entering the springtime months
