Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Yellow Session. Aroma has butter, wood and lambic funk. Taste is tart but not intense, really wood forward with damp barrel notes.

1 and 2 yr old lambic aged in Madeira barrels.
2015
Golden color. Clear.
The Madeira shows with some sweetness. Reminds me of 50N. Lemon and lots of funk. Wet oak. A bit of malt. Some stone fruit.
A very nice lambic. The barrels added some great depth.
