16oz undated can poured into a perfect pint glass at fridge temp 4% ABV. The beer pours bright extremely light gold with just a hint of nearly white head. No lacing, pencil thin ring. The aroma is mild to put it mildly... The taste is nearly water with a hint of malt. Near perfect Ultra clone. The feel is ultra thin with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. No real off flavors, just not much flavor at all. Overall, ok.

On tap at the brewery.
Oddly hazy. Barely even beer flavored. Some sulfur and light lager-ness, but somehow even less than your mass produced versions. An odd craft attempt at a beer with mass appeal.

For those times when you just need a beer flavored beer to sip on while you think about what to drink, Mirror Twin gives us a sip of what we used to sneak a sip of when our drunk uncle turned his back.
And that reliable flavor manifests in Old Reliable, a light American lager that starts brilliantly and clearly (green for St Patrick's day) but otherwise straw while streaming with bubbles and a partly fizzy, partly frothy cap. Scant sweetness glosses the tongue with simple grain, powdered sugar and dry wafer ahead of a spicy hop balance of grasses and herbs before falling dry, grainy and peppery with hops.
Light, crisp and off-clean, the light lager finishes short, quick and somewhat empty- true to form for the style.

Straw yellow in color. Bubbly white head that fades quickly. Nose is malty and zesty. Taste is somewhat zesty as well, almost lemony. Slight white pepper finish.
