We have another cocktail-inspired Mirror Monday coming your way this week and it is yet another captivating addition to the roster! We present to you our Tabernacle inspired Pilsner! This concoction involves peaches, fresh lemon juice, and a combination of botanicals that bring this Gin cocktail to life. Think nectary and citrus sweetness, a fragrant burst of basil, and a finish that is similar to Sauvignon Blanc. The Pilsner was a natural choice for this infusion as its light and its natural aroma is a fitting compliment to the profile of Gin. It's a real treat on the palate and the nose, definitely not one to be missed out on!

As brewers continue to be inspired by cocktails, Mirror Twin looks to the Tabernacle Crush to guide them into a summer taste to pile onto their pilsner.
Pale and hazy straw, Dwellinger Escape Plan skirts the rim with a fine and foamy froth. With a fruity, spicy and bready nose carrying the scents of peach and herb, the early palate is soft with light bread, powdered sugar and communion wafer.
As the sweetness settles on the middle palate, the highlights of peach is accompanied with underlying apple, lemon and pear along with a spicy grassiness of spruce, lemongrass, basil and mint for both balance and intrigue. Bringing an earthy bite to the finish, the ale seems saision-like with a soft woodsy finish.
Light, crisp and off-clean, the flavor additions are clever but disjointed and never shines in the vivid nature that the cocktail does.
