We should have called this beer “Tropic Thunderfk”
What happens when you take a perfectly good citra pale ale, shove a whole pineapple into it, and then let a habanero roundhouse kick it in the face? You get this dangerously drinkable masterpiece.
It’s juicy. It’s spicy. It’s like a beach vacation where you accidentally sign up for a knife fight, but in a good way.
Are you strong enough to handle it? Hopefully. But we believe in you. Come grab a pint before it grabs you first.

Everyone needs a friend even if it is a beer. And even if its fruity. And even if it hurts a little. Mirror Twin might just match us up with one of those here.
Piggy backing on My Citra Pal, PIneapple Habanero Pal ramps things up with a lightly hazy lemony yellow pour. Above a loose white cap rides tropical pleasantries and an eye popping peppery spice. But a deceiving sweetness first coats the palate with cereal, angel food cake, confectioners sugar and honeysuckle. The hops pop up at the middle palate with a burst of orange, red grapefruit and mango with the overcast of pineapple juice additions for a hint of the polynesian p.o.g. drink before more sinister flavors emerge. Trending heated with habanero, the fruity spice of capsaicin triggers the warning sensors in the mouth before finishing with a minty-cool taste of citrus, pine and hemp.
Sometimes our pals bring the tough love, and this medium bodied, bitter-sweet beer certainly does that.
