My first from them, I went on their website and Morgan Territory has a unique history to me. Its predecessor sold out and the new owners remade the micro; keeping the primary asset, the brewmaster who wins lots of awards. Then they added a taproom in suburban East Bay and now are focussed on expanding their distribution in surrounding counties. So for breaking outside of the standard micro-taproom model, I give Morgan good Overall Hugs.
As for Snap Shot, this is a good interpretation of the post-Prohibition Adjunct Lager. Snap Shot Looks foamy and clear enough to be rated slightly above average. It's mostly malt, but Smells of a floral hop. A good hop blend as they still keep the IBU at 12; well-balanced for a malt-head like me. The adjuncts don't bother me. Medium-mouthed in a light style. I think I'd like to have this again for lunch.
