Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt and a blend of spelt, wheat and Vienna. We hit the kettle side hops of Pacifica and the whirlpool side with spicy Saaz.

Straw, spelt, spicy yeast and nice fruity esters. Great balance of grain and yeast with a firm hop character backing it up. Clean, bright, grainy and snappy on the palate with the yeast and grain quite harmoniously done. Dry, grainy, snappy, estery with banana, grains of paradise and yeast spices. Lovely.
