750 ml corked bottle, 2020 vintage
pours a cloudy light yellow color, bright white colored head. Bright moderate acidity, nice mild fruitiness, the peach and plum is restrained. Refreshing tartness

Had on tap. Bright neon cloudy body with no head save some surface lacing. Sour wheat, yogurt yeast, peaches, lemon zest and flower in the nose. Taste is pretty much the same, only the lemon is more juicy, with the peach accenting the tart oak and the sour wheat. Floral, tart, airy wheatiness, and decently crisp within the sour finish. Would love this on a rainy spring day

This one pours a somewhat hazy light yellow color, with basically no head, and no lacing.
This smells like funky peach and super funky peach skin, with white wine, wheat, and funk.
A little bit of carbonation would help this a lot. There's a lot more lemon on the taste than the nose, with tons of funky and fruit peach here. There's a bit of light white wine, but none of the crispness that some carbonation would allow for.
This is light bodied, clean, and moderately sour, with a very still and flat mouthfeel. As you can tell, carbonation level is important to me.
I absolutely love the taste of this. I just wish for even the slightest amount more carbonation.
