Lightly hazed purple-red Kool-aid color with a finger of similarly-tinted head that quickly fizzes away into nothing.
Big raspberry in the nose, only very lightly sour, with some vanilla behind.
Extremely tart tasting with even stronger raspberry than the nose. Vanilla peels through in the finish.
Medium bodied with plenty of carbonation. Too tart to let it sit on the tongue for long.
The fruit is amazingly strong for two years old, and the vanilla is a nice addition.
