On cask at the blendery.
Look is nearly clear gold. Nose is awesome, hard to describe but almost like licorice up front and a kind of minty note in the back, probably reminiscent of absinthe but having never had it I can’t say for sure. Taste follows very similarly with a nice funky tartness coming through in the end through a nice dry finish, lingering funky licorice. Mouthfeel is thin, suits in nicely. Overall didn’t know what to expect having never had absinthe, but this is a really tasty unique brew. Awesome stuff.
