Pours a clear light pink, looks like a glass of rose. Nice sour/funky aroma; earthy, becomes more pronounced as it sits and breathes. Quite sour and tart, fairly bright acidity. Citrusy and dry, crisp and clean. Carbonation is on point. Overall an outstanding spontaneously fermented ale, love the 4% abv. A bit pricy at $8 / can, but these guys are the only ones around doing this and they do it well. Worth it.
