11 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a cloudy, pale straw color with a slight green hue, and a thin, creamy head and coating of lacing. The nose is incredibly floral - like walking through a garden - with lemon, lime, and peach notes. The taste opens with tart lemon and limeade from the locally grown sudachi. The Nelson and Hallertau Blanc hops add white wine quality, and there are herbal notes from the Mouteka hops. At the finish there is a taste that reminds me of juniper. The combination is absolutely delicious. This beer is lite and crisp with pleasant carbonation, and the 4% ABV is barely noticeable. Overall, Suda is a beautifully conceived and executed beer. It's unique and a pleasure to drink.
