The waves is a spontaneously fermented golden ale of bicoastal origins. de Garde Brewing of Tillamook, OR provided their two year- old spontaneous wild ale, which we blended for complementarity with an equal volume of our own two-year-old spontaneously fermented golden ale. The final blend, composed of entirely well-aged 100% truly wild beer, underwent a final refermentation with NJ wildflower honey in this bottle.
