375 mL bottle. Cloudy golden, but I let so me sediment in. Smells of dried grass, stone fruit acidity, and acetone acidity at the fringes. Tastes of messy sourness, again with stone fruit and acetone. Honey. I would never guess mushroom, but it does have an earthy quality that I could imagine as mushroom. Oak and dried grass behind the sourness. Moderate sourness. But in the end, I don't love the sourness profile.

2018 Vintage: very nice golden color, no head. Soft nose, not much going on there. The taste has a nice acidity to it, relatively clean profile, not overly complex of violently sour. The feel is soft and smooth. Overall not much earthiness or anything to showcase the mushrooms used but a nice easy going sour nonetheless.
