Clear golden apple juice color with a thin, clear, airy crown.
Oak, fruity white wine and distant funk in the nose.
Dry, lightly woody, lightly funky, lightly fruity taste with some white wine flavors (grape skin, apple, almost buttery).
Slick, slightly chewy mouthfeel with low carbonation.
