12.7oz green bottle. Corked and caged. Label is marked for the bottling date of 'Aug 10, 2020'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brief fizzy head, which keeps a very thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma of funk - leather and horse blanket, oak barrel, and slight stone fruit.
Taste is tart, with flavors of apricot and cherry. Some grassy and hay funk. Drying in the aftertaste but some lingering stone fruit. Underlying flavor of oak barrel.
Medium mouth feel. Initial buttery feel in the mouth. Drying overall. Supportive carbonation.
Stays tart, similar to citrus pith and peel, and does not get sweet. Big yeast bottle conditioning.
