12 oz bottle. Brewed in 2022, spontaneously fermented in oak for a year then dry hopped and bottle refermented in Feb 2023.
pours a clear medium golden color, thick white colored head that eventually fades. Aroma is a mix of grassy hops and bright cider-like acidity. taste is similar - the hop flavor is aged-woody and minty. mildly tart finish - is more funky than sour. Dry finish, on the bitter side. thinner bodied, crisp carbonation. Definitely interesting but I prefer the fruit driven beers from them much more.

Amazing clarity with a copper color body. Beautiful head with lots of carbonation. Aroma is very Orval like but with an even more powerful funky barnyard aroma. Love the funk. Taste is very very unique. It’s quite dry and “bretty” but there is a slight tart pear like flavor blended with a hoppy crispness and light to moderate bitterness. It has a pleasant drinkability and mouthfeel is surprisingly slick despite the carbonation. Overall, it’s a decent beer but flavors need a little more dialed in.
