Cask conditioned, served from beer engine at the brewery
Appears a slightly cloudy dark yellow golden in color, foamy white head. Only mildly tart, soft carbonation from the cask pour. Aroma is white grape, mild oak, flower blossom,. Taste has a bit of the spruce and is a bit herbal. Overall definitely has complex flavors but they are mild. Enjoyable and easy to drink
