Our vertical blend of spontaneously fermented golden ales which all aged for ages. This first still bottling aged for 3.5 & 4 years in neutral French oak ex-Chardonnay puncheons, brewed during our first and second brewing seasons.

Clear golden appearance, no head due to still bottling. Lambic like characteristics with soft oak, wine, grape skin, mild lemon, earthy funk notes. Medium to light body, soft mouthfeel. Lovely.
