Look: Begins like a regular pilsner... maybe a little cloudy... It has great head retention and this was a nice little surprise.
Smell: it smells malty for a lager pilsner ... There's a little bit of honey aroma
Taste: Sweet malt with a medium hop note the keeps the pallet in the center... A little bit of a nut click... very subtle but present... After the hop note comes a subtle sweet honey taste... light on the pallet its nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body having adequate carbonation with excellent head retention... It balances very well... A little late dryness with resonant sweetness that pops back...
Overall: This one is surprising... The look and smell are a little above average but not nearly as indicative as the taste and the feel. This is really very good beer!
