Clear straw color. Very little head and no lacing.
Berry fruity smell initially. Light hop (11 IBUs).
The flavor is crisp but with a reasonably full body. It’s a slightly lower carbonation than most golden lagers but it avoids becoming an inadvertent macro. Shorter aftertaste naturally. These are extraordinarily hard to make but the brewer seems to have hit all of the right notes.
