Creamy rich head with fair retention and lacing, hazy over tea brown color
Nose herbal hops, herbal tea and leafy noble UK hops, a bit of sweet malt, biscuity and hint of toasted caramel, light fruity notes
Taste starts with fair bitterness, very noble UK hops with earthy forest floor, herbal tea, little mushroom like, fruity esters, sweet grainy malt toasted biscuity and hint of caramel, finishes dry and high bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med carb
Overall pretty good for ESB
