Been hearing a ton about this new brewery and finally got a chance to try for myself.
This one pours bright and cloudy. Smell is light citrus and some pine. Tastes like pineapple with a kick of bitterness. Great showcase of Simcoe.

Growler from brewery. To goblet.
LOOK: looks like grapefruit juice or those creamy types of honey. Small white head.
AROMA: grapefruit, lemon,
TASTE: grapefruit, tangerine, very juicy, touch of hairspray but not a killer.
FEEL: very light and smooth mouthfeel. Not much in the way of carbonation.
Very good. I am enjoying this a lot, even though I was hoping to get the coconut bra beer.
