I had this on draught at Brick House Tavern. It was served in a pint glass. It pours a hazy, dusty rose color with a thin, milk-white head and lacing. It's really a unique color. It smells of raspberry, lemon, and vanilla. It has a really nice taste of raspberry and lemon, with a touch of sweet lactose. However, it finishes quite bitter. It has an almost chewy mouth feel. It reminds me of a melted Italian ice. It features lively carbonation, and the 6.2% allows for easy drinking. Overall, this is a very unique, and pleasurable wild ale. It's not the type of beer I'd drink regularly but I had it on a hot summer afternoon and it was super refreshing.
