The aroma is just right and opens up a bit when the beer gets to room temperature, The wildflower honey is noted in the smooth finish at the end and the alcohol content is invisible from the first sip. The beer was tasted from the keg at the restaurant and ran out to the brewery to grab as many cans as I could (3 max allowed) before they ran out (only 20 or so cans left at the end of the day 2/8). This is a brewery to keep an eye on and the beers rival the top ones I keep in my fridge from VT/CT.
