Hopped with a boatload of Enigma and Mosaic. As you probably know by now we have an affinity for highly expressive yeast strains when it comes to our hoppy beers. At the same time we are wary of those beers becoming too "samey" as a result so we like to switch it up every once in a while. Hyperbaric Chamber is thus fermented with a neutral strain to make this a pure expression of hops, and not much else. Take a deep breath.

Appearance: hazy light orange in color with a 2" head. Some nice lace develops during the session.
Smell: tropical fruit and some earthy and wood notes come through to the nose.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, mango, lemon zest, earthy notes, some soft pine, and a hearty bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout. Long lasting aftertaste.
Overall: a superbly well balanced beer that has a great flavor profile. Really enjoyable.
