Imperial Milk Stout brewed with lactose and boiled overnight before conditioning on Guatemalan coffee from the inimitable Rojo’s Roastery and a pleasant amount of Palo Santo Wood.

It’s dense, fudgy, with flavors of dark chocolate and espresso brownies. The palo santo wood provides a nice depth of flavor, adding notes of mint and vanilla. It’s rich without seeming heavy, which is a really unique characteristic for a stout this big. I drank.. a lot of this 32 oz beast, and didn’t feel all that gross.
