Sweet caramel-covered apple, banana sprinkled with cinnamon, vanilla-coconut, and a red apple, brown liquor boozy nose on this one! Taste follows very closely with a cinnamon and banana drizzled with caramel, brandy boozy finish. I am not the biggest fan of apple brandy barrels, but this works! In order for this to be dialed in for my palate, however, the cinnamon needed to be a little more restrained and the coconut needed to be more prominent.
