This is described as a Nelson Dry-Hopped Saison. Pours a clear yellow-amber with plenty of foam in the chalice. Lush sudsy mouthfeel. Faint herbal aroma. Rather bitter aftertaste, more of hops than yeast. A distinct Belgian character with the dry finish, even astringent. The hops seem to add a little too much of the leafy, green tea taste. Half a glass is quite tasty but it's hard to finish the rest. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery tasting room.
